BCRTA specializes in the following areas:

Providing access to health and human and services programs
Fostering economic development and vitality of the county by providing better access to jobs, education, shopping, and government services
Brokering transportation services for various county boards and agencies that wish to contract with the BCRTA to manage their transportation needs.

The location of health care treatments affect access to these services for certain populations.
